Welcome to Lotfun
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please read them carefully.
The Lotfun app enables you to:
· Voice chat with friends,
· Meet new people through live streaming,
· Exchange virtual gifts.
We are committed to providing a fun and safe environment. By using Lotfun, you agree to use the Services as intended and in compliance with these Terms.
Please note that Lotfun does not tolerate offensive, abusive, or humiliating content, nor any material that violates laws or societal norms. We reserve the right to ban your account if you post such content. If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, you can report it to us. We will review all reports within 24 hours, prioritizing issues involving pornography, violence, or gambling.
Our Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority as defined by local law). If you are under the legal age, do not use our Services. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without affecting your legal rights. Please review them periodically to stay informed of any updates.
· You can register a Lotfun account via Google, Facebook, or phone number.
· You are not allowed to transfer your account to others or create accounts on behalf of others without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if we reasonably determine that you violate these Terms or pose a risk to us, without any liability or prior notice.
Deleting your account: You may delete your account at any time by navigating to the “Settings” menu in Lotfun and selecting the “Delete Account” option, following any instructions on the cancellation page.
If we terminate your account, you will no longer have access to Lotfun.
On Lotfun, you can post photos, messages, and other content (“Content”). While you retain ownership of your content, the following restrictions apply:
a. Content must not include information about individuals under the age of 18.
b. Content must not be offensive or harass other users.
c. Obscene, pornographic, or content demeaning human dignity is strictly prohibited.
d. Defamatory, abusive, or threatening content is not allowed.
e. Content must not promote illegal activities.
f. Content must not contain malicious code, such as viruses.
g. Content must not infringe upon third-party rights.
If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to immediately block your account and hold you accountable for any resulting damages.
Your privacy is a top priority for us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Review it to make informed decisions about using our Services.
a. While you retain ownership of your content, by using Lotfun, you grant us a global, non-exclusive license to use it.
b. You confirm that you either own the content you post or have the rights to share it.
c. We retain all rights to Lotfun’s content and grant users a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. This license cannot be copied or modified.
d. We may remove any content at our discretion without prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Lotfun disclaims all implied warranties and liabilities, including any liability arising from the use of our Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotfun and its affiliates from any losses arising out of:
(i) Your use of Lotfun’s Services;
(ii) Your violation of these Terms; or
(iii) Any infringement of third-party rights.
We may revise these Terms periodically, such as when adding new features or responding to regulatory updates. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, we encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
Your continued use of the Services after updates take effect signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Services.
